Using basic technology like google maps, I am able to share directions to each destination, outlining driving times and property order. I provide you with recent comparable sales and neighbourhood trends so you can make an informed decision before placing an offer. 

Although it may not be at the forefront of your purchase decision, if a specific property suits your needs but it is a good idea to understand the resale trends. When purchasing a property I can share the local resources, amenities and suppliers to help you update and manage your home or cottage. For example, If you're a first time cottage buyer and know nothing about wells or septics, I can set you up with a septic pump company and show you how to test your water yearly.
